Timing and delivery

Tell us when you need it and how you prefer to receive it.

Standard production time is 5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times after production are:

DHL Express to a major city on Australia’s east coast usually takes around 2 days after production.

Standard delivery to Australia usually takes around 7–10 days after production.

For remote areas, both options can take around two weeks because additional local transit time may be required.

If your order is urgent, please make sure to clearly let us know when placing your order so that we can arrange it accordingly and avoid any delays.
